Vaibhav Kothari is a Deaf Engineer, Entrepreneur and a Motivational Speaker who has set-out on a journey of gathering inspirational experiences and insights from exceptional leaders who have demonstrated excellence in their respectable arenas and brought about positive change in the society. His first endeavor in this regard was the 20 Minutes Talk Show in which he interviewed 14 remarkable business personalities like Kimbal Musk, Greg Barnett, Carol Weber and Purnima Voria in Denver, Colorado.
With his welcoming warmth and passionate energy, Vaibhav unveils enriching inspirations for the world to derive strength from as he goes along in life.

Before getting an MBA from Daniels College of Business, Colorado, Vaibhav looked after the completion of 212 km two-lane state highway project from Jaipur to Bhilwara in Rajasthan. Vaibhav is invloved with Om Metals Infraprojects for its different business acities and is currently managing Om International LLC, an investment firm in the United States independently. Vaibhav has Bachelor of Science in Industrial & System Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), Rochester, NY and Master of Science in Technological Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University, Boston, MA. Vaibhav loves traveling, reading, meeting new people and checking out new restaurants/hotels. The most unique thing about him is that he started learning American Sign Language at the age of 17 years old!
